Introduction

In May 2025, AIONIA — a boutique event brand based in Los Angeles — partnered with our team to bring their unique musical experiences to life through video. Working with original footage captured during their events, we were tasked with delivering a full post-production package that highlights the brand’s atmosphere: aesthetic, immersive, and deeply emotional. Over the course of the collaboration, we edited five high-impact promo videos, complete with motion graphics, title animations, and branded visual identity.

Challenge & approach

AIONIA needed a consistent, branded set of promotional videos to capture the soulful and cinematic nature of their events. Key objectives: Build visual consistency across multiple events with different lighting and moods Add branded graphics and motion animation while respecting the elegance of the raw footage Deliver five final videos with a strong aesthetic and ready-to-post structure Our approach was to develop a modular editing framework that allowed us to quickly and cleanly apply transitions, animated text, and graphic identity across all five videos — while still tailoring each edit to the energy of a specific event.

Process

Reviewed and sorted all raw event footage provided by the client Developed a custom motion graphics kit with logo reveals, animated titles, and lower-thirds Edited 5 short promotional videos, each 30–60 seconds, optimized for Instagram and web Applied color correction to enhance atmosphere and unify visual tones Coordinated with the AIONIA team to ensure each edit met the creative brief This was a service bundle engagement: AIONIA purchased a 5-video editing package, and our team delivered a polished, on-brand experience from start to finish.

Results

  • 5 finalized videos delivered and approved on time

  • Client published the content across Instagram and their event site to promote future shows

  • The motion graphics style we developed is now used in AIONIA’s ongoing content creation
