Objectives
The primary goal was to create an engaging mobile app that would facilitate collaborative music mixing at parties. The app needed to be user-friendly, fun, and capable of encouraging social interaction. We also aimed to generate interest among early adopters through effective ASO and promotional strategies, while gathering valuable user feedback during alpha testing.
Challenges
The main challenge was to create an app that provided an intuitive and exciting user experience while allowing multiple users to interact collaboratively with music selection. Additionally, effective promotion was needed to ensure the app gained traction among early adopters and received valuable user feedback for continuous improvement.

We conducted extensive User Persona research to understand the target audience and their needs. This was followed by UX Research to ensure the app's functionality and flow matched user expectations. Our UI Development focused on creating an engaging and easy-to-use interface, which was tested rigorously through multiple rounds of UI Tests to refine the experience.
To find enthusiastic alpha testers, we ran a targeted promotional campaign. The campaign included a playful and inviting call to action that encouraged party lovers to sign up as early adopters. Interested users were asked to take a quick quiz, after which selected testers received the app for free to try at their parties.
Our team also produced content for ASO to optimize the app's visibility in app stores. We developed a promo video showcasing the app's features and how it could enhance the party experience. This helped in attracting early users and building excitement around the app.
